The Event will be Indoors on a Stage!
Love Offerings Only & Purchase of Artist CD Projects
There will be hot hot dogs,veggies, soda and other refreshments will be provided all day. If anyone wants to bring anything for the refreshments, you're more then welcome. There will also be a drawing to raise Funds for the bands/artists. We will do drawings of your CDs right after you play.. Also, God willing, we will try to have a Grand Prize drawing at the end, with a pack of everyone's CDs. Also 1 or 2 $50 gas cards for the drawing. IMPORTANT: The drawing will be divided evenly amongst the performers after 10% is taken out for the church, as a way of thanking them for buying the food and letting us raid the church. Everything about the drawing is how I feel led to serve you & the church. The church has nothing to do with the money raised.
